It’s the time of the year! Black Friday is right around the corner, and Christmas is only 4 weeks after that this year.
These are some ideas of what to buy for the holiday season!
BEAUTY
- Fresh Soy Cleanser – I absolutely LOVE this cleanser. My cousin got it for me one year and I’m super obsessed. My skin feels so fresh and clean after. I usually feel a little dry after washing my face and this cleanser doesn’t give me that feeling! [Sephora]
- ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment – If you don’t have sensitive skin, this is really amazing. My skin gets super dry in the winter. I use this once a week to help my skin feel so soft again. It’s expensive for the size, but a little goes a long way! [Sephora]
- Kiehl’s Gift Set – A Kiehl’s gift set is great for any White Elephant or Secret Santa gift ideas.
- T3 Curling Iron & Hair Dryer – My friend just told me these are on sale at Costco right now! The straightener is apparently only $45 when it retails for over $129.99
HOME & KITCHEN
- Marble & Wood Cheese Board Knife Set – I own this set and I use it mainly for when guests come over to create a cheese platter or for my food photography. It is a beautiful, heavy, nice quality board at a great price. World Market will likely have another 40% off coupon so that makes it $15 for one. Definitely a steal compared to the versions on Amazon.
- White Marble Picture Frame – I also own this picture frame, which still has the same stock photo in, lol. I’m going to put in a new photo from our latest Sydney, Australia photoshoot!
- Insulated Mugs – Ever since I started using my Yeti tumbler, I’m obsessed with double insulated mugs and water bottles now. I know, I’m way behind on the times, but it is pretty awesome how cold it keeps my drinks!
- Milk Frother – For a simple way to froth milk without a big espresso machine. I haven’t tried this, but I have my eye on one!
- Silicone Baking Mats – We’ve been baking cookies more so this looks perfect for that!
- Instant Pot Steamer – I like how easy this is to use. I usually use it to steam veggies
- J.A. Henckels 3 Piece Non-Stick Fry Pans – My mom absolutely loves these pans. I bought a set in-store at Costco recently. So far, I would have to agree they are really good!
KID TOYS [TODDLERS]
I have a whole bunch of ideas on my Amazon kid’s toy wish list and books, but here are a few favorites. These ideas are for younger kids as most older kids will already have a list of what they want, lol.
- Melissa & Doug Wooden Scoop & Serve Ice Cream Set – my kids BOTH love this and kids of all ages seem to like it. Cooper’s 4 and still plays with it and Ollie has been playing with it since like 6 months old! [ON SALE here]
- B. Toys Drumoll Set – I love how all the toys fit right into the drum. Cooper is still playing with this toy at age 4, but he got it as a birthday present at 1.
- VTech Go! Go! Smart Wheels – Both my boys loved this from around 1-2 years old
- Ride On Car – This is always a good gift for a 1-2 year old! Our 18 month old loves to push and get on the car. [ Minnie Mouse Version // Push Car version]
- Puzzles & Books – These are my favorite gifts from others. I love getting puzzles and new books! Ollie loves board books and read them every day! For more book ideas, check out this list.
KID FASHION
Target has great deals on kid’s clothes, especially around Black Friday time. My kiddos love comfy clothes for every day, but I also shop at Zara and Gap for some nice items.
Gap is currently is 40% off with code ‘forty’, but it should be 50% on Black Friday. The North Face is having 25% off select items right now.
- TARGET Cyber Finds
- Toddler Pull-On Pants – Blue $6.30
- Boys’ Jogger Pants – $10.49
- Boys’ Thermal T-Shirt – $7.00
- Boys’ Long Sleeve Graphic T-shirt Dino // Dragon -$4.90
- Boys’ Long Sleeve Pull Over Rocket – $5.60
- Tucker + Tate – This is one of my favorite kid brands. Cooper owns this shirt. It is made out of nice material and quite good quality. He has a monster sweatshirt from this brand, which he also loves. Here are some other good finds:
- SHOES – All kiddos need shoes! Here are our picks, on sale at Kohl’s
MOM STYLE
- Z by Zella Leggings or Zella leggings – I’ve tried on both of these, but the pricing was better for Z by Zella so I went with those! I love them and use then to the gym weekly. The version I have is more similar to this Zella leggings version 7/8 length with a side pocket. I wear size S. There is also a version without the pocket for a little bit cheaper.
- Cute backpack
- TWELVELITTLE – This is their latest bag and its super cute! The quality is so good. I love the soft vegan leather, all the thoughtful touches like the magnetic wipes pouch on the outside of the bag, and the travel sleeve. Great for if you are looking for a larger functional diaper bag.
- Herschel bag – Not a diaper bag, but I do like this version if you’re looking for a cute backpack just to carry some essentials.
- A+F Mid-rise Super Skinny Jeans – My friend told me about shopping at abercrombie this summer, which I haven’t shopped since college! But, I actually like their stuff! I’ve bought a few random things including their shorts.
- Topshop Jamie Jeans – I’m obsessed with these jeans and I don’t really like wearing jeans at all! They are SO comfortable! I want to try the black version as well.
TRAVEL GEAR
I know that I said I would add items for everyone, but honestly, I think shopping for my husband, brother, and brother in law are the hardest. It definitely depends on their interests. My brother likes to travel, my husband likes to golf, and my brother-in-law likes video games!
For the traveler in your life, try these items:
- Luggage
- Amazon Luggage
- Beis Luggage – Shay Mitchell created this line and I’ve been interested in trying it.
- Calpak Luggage
- Away Luggage
- Packing Cubes – These can compress so if you need some extra space!
- Double Insulated Water Bottle – I know this is in the home section as well. We carry liquids for the boys all the time so I definitely think if we had one, it would have been a lot easier to keep their milk insulated during our flights, especially when we need to carry a larger quantity than what fits in their sippy cups.
I’ll add more items to this Christmas Shopping list occasionally as I think of more items that we like. I hope this is a good started for Black Friday coming up! Have fun Christmas shopping!
